Patient Service Associate, North-East (Ref. GTN)

# Salary up to S$3500/mth (depending on experience)

# 5.5-day work-week

The company is a healthcare institution which is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Patient Service Associate (6-Months convertible).

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient inquiries and address their needs
• Assist patients at the pre-registration kiosk
• Provide guidance and support at the self-payment kiosk
• Support the operations clinic services
• Assist with wayfinding and manage crowd flow
• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in healthcare sector is preferred
• Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday)
