The Opportunity
We are looking for Patient Service Associates to be the ambassador of the organisation for providing excellent patient service to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection of payment for discharging patients
- Conduct financial counselling for inpatient stay/charges
- Perform discharging procedures for patients
- Obtain follow up appointment for Inpatient patients
- Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
- Strong passion to serve the patients
- Willing to work 2 rotating shifts (9am to 6pm / 11am to 8pm), including weekends and public holidays with 2 days off a week.
