Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling and registration
- Handle patient enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy of data entry
- Support administrative tasks related to patient care and clinic operations
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth patient flow
- Provide assistance with billing and insurance documentation
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level or O Level / Diploma and above
- No experience needed full training will be provided
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
