Patient Service Associate (healthcare / temp)
Location: Serangoon
Duration: December 2025 - March 2026
Pay Rate: $10/hour
No experience required as training will be provided
Working Hours:
5.5 days per week (Office hours)
. Monday - Friday: 7.5 hours per day
. Saturday: 4.5 hours
Job Responsibilities:
. Attend to patients enquiries and assist them in navigating the healthcare system.
. Provide assistance to patients in need, such as offering wheelchairs.
. Observe and tag fall-risk patients issue facemasks and take temperature for patients with flu-like symptoms.
. Promote and educate patients on the use of Self-Service Kiosks and mobile applications.
. Assist in taking height, weight, and blood pressure measurements when required.
. Guide patients with wayfinding and handle general enquiries.
. Support eligible patients in completing medical questionnaires.
Immunisation Requirements:
. Must have valid immunisations for MMR, Tdap, and Varicella.
. Candidate must be willing to bear the cost of any required serology tests or vaccinations.
