Patient Service Associate

Job Description

- Manage appointments and provide excellent patient care
- Attend to queries from call-in patients
- Manage and fill up appointment schedules
- Payment collection from patients
- Follow up care-calls to patients before and after procedures
- Submit claims and keep proper records (eg. Insurance claims)
- Maintenance of clinic cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Other clinical duties as assigned
