Job Description

Patient Service Associate plays a crucial role in facilitating patient care and administrative functions, ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide clerical and operational support
  • Reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing, enquiries, and reporting.

  • Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • GCE N/O Level or Diploma holder
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work staggered working hours to follow clinic opening hours
    • 7.45am-5.15pm
    • 8.00am-5.30pm
    • 8.30am-6.00pm
    • 9.00am-6.30pm
    • 9.30am-7.00pm
  • Open to travel to cover IMH clinics at following locations (Outram - Health Promotion Board/ Queenstown Polyclinic & Geylang Polyclinic) when necessary
