Patient Service Associate (Diagnostic Radiology Department) #HYT

Working Hours

Weekdays: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturdays: Office hours (part of 5.5-day week)

Sundays: Required once every 2-3 months (OT paid)
Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient registration and scheduling

• Guide patients through radiology service processes

• Manage enquiries and provide frontline support

• Perform basic administrative duties

• Maintain service quality and patient flow

• Support department operations during peak periods and late patient arrivals

Requirements:

• Min N Level
• No experience needed , Training Provided
