Key Responsibilities

• Register and attend to patients at the clinic reception and service points
• Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently
• Handle general enquiries and provide excellent patient service
• Assist in assessing and screening patients general conditions
• Support referral coordination, billing, checkout, and administrative processes
• Assist doctors during simple examination procedures and consultations
• Maintain accurate and concise documentation of patients conditions and clinical records

Requirements

• Min GCE N/O or A Levels / Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience is not required as structured training will be provided
• Able to commit for at least 3 months
• Available to commence work within a short notice period
