We're a friendly medical clinic in Yishun (shuttle bus available from Yishun Interchange) looking for caring and responsible team members to join us!
Job Responsibilities:
You will play an important role in supporting our clinic's daily operations, including:
- Register patients & handle phone/walk-in enquiries
- Dispense medication & process payments
- Assist doctor during simple procedures (e.g. chaperoning, setting up equipment, performing vision tests and urine tests, preparing lab tubes/forms and taking vital signs)
- Submit CHAS/PG/HSG/Medisave claims
- Maintain cleanliness & order in clinic
- Pack/top up medications and supplies
Requirements:
- Must be able to work at least 2 weekday mornings and 1 weekend morning
- Able to work occasional additional shifts when required, including weekday nights and weekend mornings, with flexibility to cover colleagues shifts when available
- Applicants with, or currently pursuing, GCE A Levels, IB, Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- No experience required - training provided
- Good computer skills and customer service skills
- A team player with humility, responsibility and a strong work ethic
