Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Counter Registration

  • Perform patient registration and verify relevant documents.
  • Conduct the triage process, e.g. including screening and measuring and recording patient's height/weight/ blood pressure and etc.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients regarding consultation/ intervention processes.
  • Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments.
  • Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner.
  • Comply to clinic facilities readiness.

Consultation Room

  • Provide administrative support to clinicians during consultations as required.
  • Assist in scoring the assessment forms and tabulating assessment results accurately.
  • Ensure documents/assessments are properly organised and scanned into the system.
  • Ensure assessment tools and kits are cleaned and disinfected.

Appointment Matters

  • Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on referrals.

Key Requirements:


  • Minimum N Level.
  • Healthcare or service-related industry preferred.
  • Proficient in IT computer skills.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
