• Patient registration and front counter duties
• Answering of phone calls
• Taking of height, weight, blood pressure
• Handling cash payments, credit card and NETS terminals
• Maintaining general cleanliness of clinic
• Managing stock and inventory
• Arranging for appointments with patients and hospitals
• Dispensing of medications
• Handling of blood/urine/stool samples and liaising with laboratories
• Handling cash payments, credit card and NETS terminals
