As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Welcome and assist patients, manage registration processes, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.

• Process billing transactions, payments, and insurance claims, and provide support for billing-related enquiries and financial advice.

• Support healthcare professionals during patient consultations, examinations, and clinical procedures

• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure proper management of clinic materials and medications.

• Address patient enquiries and concerns promptly in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Min. GCE O Level qualification or above.
