Patient Service Associate (Urgent Care Centre)

Location: Queenstown

Duration: 2-year contract

Salary: Up to $2,580

Working Hours:

. Any 5 days rostered, From Mon - Sun

. 3 rotating shifts:

- AM: 7:30am - 3:30pm

- PM: 1:30pm - 9:30pm

- Night: 9:00pm - 8:00am

Job Scope:

• Handle patient admission and discharge processes
• Financial counselling, payment, bed request monitoring
• Ensure accurate registration of patient records without data breaches
• Arrange internal and external appointments as ordered by doctors
• Ensure operational and procedural readiness of UCC
• Provide basic financial counselling to patients and next-of-kin when required
• Attend to patient and next-of-kin enquiries
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors and nurses
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. O Level/Diploma in any field
• Comfortable with rotating shifts, including night shifts
• Able to work in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
