Responsibilities
- Drive patient safety and quality improvement projects in collaboration with clinical and industry experts.
- Facilitate large-scale knowledge sharing and build partnerships to eliminate patient safety risks.
- Guide project teams in process analysis, goal setting, and defining measurement indicators for sustainable improvements.
- Design, conduct, and evaluate training programs on improvement methodologies and tools.
- Publish best practices and manage improvement portals to encourage project registration and idea selection.
- Prepare proposals for funding applications and conduct literature reviews, environmental scanning, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in patient safety and quality / process improvement.
- Experience in project management and data analytics is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Experience in data management and statistical analysis.
