Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across the organisation
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to identify and reduce patient safety risks
  • Guide project teams in process improvement, goal setting, and performance measurement
  • Design and implement quality improvement frameworks and best practices
  • Plan and conduct training programmes on patient safety and improvement methodologies
  • Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure sustainable improvements
  • Conduct research, literature reviews, and environmental scans to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare proposals for funding and support strategic initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Healthcare, Quality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in patient safety, quality improvement, or project management
  • Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and healthcare practices
  • Team player with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Committed to continuous improvement and patient safety excellence
