Job Description - Patient Liaison Officer
The incumbent will be the ambassador for providing excellent front-line services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment bookings
- Financial administration
- General administrative functions
- Handling of enquiries
- Management of patients records
- Processing of claims
- Public events
- Replenish inventories
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Experience in frontline customer service and/ or practical knowledge of healthcare- operations is preferred
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Service oriented and patient focused
