Patient Liaison Officer

Scope of Work

1. Address patient enquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
2. Provide personalised service for in-clinic patients, including appointment planning, registration, dispensing of medications, and billing.
3. Ensure quality patient care through patient education, assisting doctors with chaperoning, and supporting minor procedures.
4. Handle a variety of administrative duties, including enquiry management and stock-taking.
