Patient Engagement Intern (Mental Health) - English & Mandarin Speaking Only

The Mission

Nightingale is a telehealth startup making ADHD screening accessible and cost-effective with home-based testing. Around 45-65 million children in Asia have undiagnosed ADHD. Late detection affects academic performance and student mental health. Our screening protocol provides parents and schools with accurate insights at 10% the price of traditional diagnostic tests.

The Role

You will not be a receptionist. Instead, you will work with our Associate Consultants and Senior Consultants to deliver great patient experiences.

• Conduct non-clinical intake calls with parents.
• Provide onsite concierge support for parents.
• Facilitate in-person screening for our Consultants.

Requirements

We are looking for a bilingual (in English and Mandarin) undergraduates familiar with mental health assessments.

• Undergraduate in psychology preferred.
• Strong EQ required.
• Power user of AI tools.
