Role Description

This is a full-time internship role for a Patient Engagement Intern who is proficient in Chinese, located on-site in Singapore. The Patient Engagement Intern will assist in coordinating patient care, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and organized clinic environment. Responsibilities include liaising with patients and families, and assisting with communication between clients and clinicians. The role involves a combination of customer service, administrative duties, and cultural-linguistic support to ensure seamless care for Chinese-speaking families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong EQ with servant leadership traits.
• Undergrad degree in education, healthcare or psychology.
• Experience working with children in a pediatric clinic or school.
