Patent Attorney (Associate/Senior Associate)

About Your Role

We are currently seeking qualified Patent Attorneys (Associate/Senior Associate) to join our growing practice in our Singapore office. Your day to day work will involve:

• Handling all aspects of the patent prosecution process
• Liaising with inventors and corporate clients
• Drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications in Singapore, Asia and abroad
• Advising on patentability, patent infringement, patent validity opinions

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in patents, practicing in the fields of Biopharmaceutical, Biochemistry or similar Life Sciences disciplines.
• Strong English Language communication skills (both written and oral)
• Excellent capacity for understanding diverse technologies.
• Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
• Candidates who are qualified in regions other than Singapore will also be considered
• Additional awards within the same field (e.g. Awards under IP Stars) would be a bonus.
