Job Description

We are looking for a DSE / Patching Engineer with 1 year or less experience in Workspace ONE / Intune. The role will primarily function as a backup Patching Engineer, and during periods of low patching activity, will support the DSE team in imaging notebooks (NB) and PCs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Change Requests (CRs): creation, tracking, and closure
Perform OS patching (Windows/Linux/ESXi/OpenShift) via automated tools
Ensure compliance with patching SOPs
Handle user queries and escalate technical issues when required
Monitor mailbox and respond to emails/MS Teams promptly
Provide status updates and maintain patching trackers
Support imaging of notebooks and PCs when patching workload is low

Requirements

Up to 1 year of experience in Workspace ONE / Intune
Knowledge of OS patching (Windows/Linux)
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to handle customer queries and follow processes
