Job Description

  • Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake Viennoiseries to meet quality standards.
  • Ensure consistency in product size, texture, and taste across daily production.
  • Handle mise en place, fillings, and finishing with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow established recipes and SOPs to maintain artisanal standards.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the work area and equipment.
  • Support daily production schedules, manage ingredients efficiently, and reduce wastage.
  • Experience in lamination or Viennoiserie production is an advantage (training provided).
