Join our friendly pastry and gelato takeaway team as a Full-Time Front of House Crew member, delivering excellent customer service, preparing simple drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, engaging service to enhance customer experience
- Serve pastries and scoop gelato efficiently to meet customer demand
- Prepare simple drinks such as coffee and tea following hygiene and quality standards
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop to ensure food safety
- Organize and keep the shop tidy and welcoming for customers
- Recommend and upsell menu items appropriately to increase sales
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth daily operations
