Job Responsibilities:
Report to Head of Department
Ensure timely preparation of all pastry for displays, events, and customer orders.
Handle the entire pastry production process, including preparation of raw ingredients, baking, glazing, spraying, and decorating.
Adhere strictly to standard recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Consistently follow food safety SOPs during all stages of food preparation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and stored after use.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory records.
Monitor ingredient usage, manage food supply levels, and analyze wastage to make informed adjustments for future production.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness, observe hygiene regulations, and maintain personal hygiene at all times.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
With at least 1-3 years of pastry experience
Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards
Outgoing personality and highly motivated and take initiative
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Prefers to hold a recognized Basic food hygienic certification
