Requirements

Relevant experience in pastry, bakery, or confectionery production.

Experience in hotels, pastry kitchens, Bakery, Cake shop or hospitality establishments preferred.

Strong knowledge of artisanal baking, dessert production, and chocolate work.

Ability to independently manage pastry operations from planning to execution.

Experience in SOP development, kitchen workflow management, and quality control.

Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation.
