Roles & Responsibilities:
- Daily production of cakes/bread/hot food
- Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards
- Keeping records and relating to deliveries, inventory and production levels
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
- Ensure stock rotation to minimize wastage
- Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools
- Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
