We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Pastry Assistant to join our culinary team!

As a Pastry Assistant, you will work hand-in-hand with our pastry chefs to prepare, bake, and decorate a wide range of pastries, cakes, and desserts. Your role will be essential in keeping the pastry section running smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and delivering top-quality sweet creations to our customers.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with ingredient preparation, measuring, and mixing
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Support in baking, decorating, and finishing pastries and desserts
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Uphold all food safety and hygiene regulations
