About Us

Saikyo Pasta is a 12-seat Japanese-Italian pasta restaurant at Icon Village, Tanjong Pagar - built from scratch by a husband and wife who are genuinely obsessed with food. One runs the kitchen, one runs everything else. We started from a home kitchen and we're now taking the next step. We're looking for like-minded people who are just as passionate about food, and we'd love to have you join us!

Shift

Monday - Saturday | 5.00pm - 11.00pm (6.0hrs)

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and mise en place
• Cook and plate pasta dishes according to recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
• Proper storage and handling of ingredients
• Assist with stock receiving and inventory
• Assist with opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year commitment
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• No experience needed - we will train you
