Passenger Vehicle Aftersales Senior Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Diagnose technical issues related to EV systems

2. Liaise with BYD HQ engineering and technical teams on product issues, root cause analysis and solution

3. Monitor vehicle performance and provide feedback for product improvement

4. Analysis the maintenance data and provide insight to report to management

5. Manage safety incident, overseeing escalation, investigation and closure

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field
2. Basic knowledge of high-voltage systems or vehicle electronics preferred
3. Bilingual in English and Chinese languages is required to effectively communicate with both English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in EVs are an advantage
5. Good communication and teamwork abilities
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
7. Exchange program with HQ- Communication with HQ and Singapore counterpart, plan work/ training schedule, arrange for visa and etc
