Operate of the passenger & material hoist equipment to lift and move materials or products to designated safely and efficiently at constructruction site.
Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating hoist machinery.
Communicate with team members to coordinate material movement and ensure efficient workflow.
Record and maintain accurate records of materials moved and hoist equipment usage
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience operating hoists in construction sites or industrial environments
Physical fitness and ability to work in a high-stress environment
Good communication skills to be able to communicate with other workers on the site, including signalers
Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to adhere to them to prevent accidents
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, if required by the project.
