Job Description

Role Description

The Part-time Receptionist will manage front desk operations while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls with proper phone etiquette, greeting and assisting visitors, and performing clerical tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining records. This is a part-time contract position, requiring on-site work at our Clients IOI Blvd office location.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties for managing calls and front desk responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in basic Clerical Skills, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping an advantage.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and professional experience to clients and visitors.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
