What You'll Be Doing
As a Parts Technician, you'll ensure the smooth flow of parts by managing inventory, supporting workshop operations, and keeping storage and processes accurate, safe, and well‑organised.
- Receive, tally, store, and bin parts from local and inbound shipments
- Pick, process, and issue parts for workshop servicing and repairs
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, stock takes, and backorder control
- Support local purchasing, quotations, and parts returns
- Replenish and transfer stock for satellite parts stores
- Uphold 5S standards for a clean, safe, and organised workplace
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Assist with projects including 3PL migration and warehouse relocation
- Collaborate with internal teams and support ad‑hoc operational needs
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
- At least 2 years of warehousing experience (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Valid light forklift license (below 2.5T) will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail‑oriented, well organized, and customer‑centric, with a good command of English preferred
