ALATAS Crane Services Worldwide is a worldwide operating crane service specialist and offers crane related services and parts supply in the Ship-, Offshore-, and Construction industry.
With our global set-up of 14 offices worldwide, we offer field service, provide technical solutions for emergency repairs, large scale overhauls, load testing, inspections, component repairs, spare parts supply as well as supply of new cranes and upgrades to existing ones.
As a member of our spare parts sales department, and to support order processing, we are employing Parts Sales Coordinators as follows:
The Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Parts Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end parts coordination, inventory management, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations from order entry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and track purchase orders, sales quotations, and parts shipments using the internal Alatas Parts System (APS).
Liaise with OCM factories, global suppliers, and freight forwarders to expedite deliveries and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
Work closely with service teams and logistics supervisors to meet client lead times.
Requirement:
Experience in parts coordination, or marine/industrial supply chain environments.
Fresh Diploma holders in any Engineering are welcome
Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory software/ERP platforms.
Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of orders and drives them to completion.
