. Develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for online parts sales.
. Set up and maintain accurate pricing information for various parts and accessories.
. Prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals and monitor and adjust pricing as needed.
. Ensure compliance with local tax and import/export regulations.
. Drive sales by following up on high value parts quotations.
. Oversee the entire equipment parts sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfilment.
. Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the parts business.
. Develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions to achieve revenue targets.
. Manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts, from procurement to delivery.
. Analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts solutions.
. Analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
. Any other additional duties as assigned.
What We Expect of You
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management or related field.
. Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
. Strong logistics skills are essential.
. Prior parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry, is highly preferred.
. Ability to analyse data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions.
. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, pricing, and logistics.
. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
