As we expand, we're looking for a driven Partnerships & Growth Associate to help unlock new opportunities and elevate Haven's reach across key channels. This role blends strategic relationship-building with targeted outreach ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with others, crafting compelling pitches, and driving measurable growth. You'll work directly with Haven's founders on high-impact outreach, partnership development, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize potential partnership targets aligned with Haven's values and premium positioning
• Develop tailored, strategic pitches that present Haven as a premium partner and solution
• Execute well-researched outreach through email, LinkedIn, warm introductions, and networking events
• Follow up with prospective partners to secure meetings and close referral opportunities
• Maintain a clear, organized pipeline of leads and report progress regularly to leadership
• Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic ideas for Haven's expansion into new channels

What We're Looking For

• Experience in partnerships, sales, client development, or business growth ideally in luxury, education, wellness, or therapy-related industries
• Excellent communication skills persuasive, polished, and confident in representing a premium brand
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail
• High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability
