Role Overview
In a world of digital noise, physical presence and strategic alliances are the ultimate differentiators. You will be responsible for the Human Touch of WIDTH. Your role is to build a powerful ecosystem of partners (Banks, Law Firms, Tech Giants) and curate high-impact offline experiences that turn industry leaders into brand champions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Ecosystem Building: Identify and negotiate deep integrations and co-marketing agreements with Adjacent-Tech partners (e.g., Core Banking systems or CRM platforms).
- Experience Engineering: Lead the execution of Cynopsis Summits and high-level roundtables. You don't just book venues; you design the Information Architecture of the event to ensure maximum engagement and networking value.
- AI-Enhanced Event Tech: Modernize the offline experience by using AI for lead-matching at events, automated post-event follow-up sequences, and real-time sentiment analysis of attendee feedback.
- O2O Bridge: Own the conversion of Offline Handshakes into Online Data. Ensure every physical interaction is captured and fed into our AI-First Content Engine for long-term nurturing.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Event Operations within the Tech/Financial sector.
- Tech-Native Skills:
- CRM Mastery: Deep understanding of how to manage complex stakeholder relationships via modern CRM tools.
- Hybrid Experience Tools: Experience with event tech platforms and digital community-building tools (Discord, Slack, or proprietary portals).
- Attributes:
- The Bridge Builder: You are naturally charismatic and possess the Soft Power to align the interests of multiple external organizations with our brand goals.
- Operational Excellence: You can manage a complex logistics chain for a 500-person summit without breaking a sweat, while ensuring the brand aesthetic is flawless.
