We are looking for a proactive and driven Partnerships & Events Executive to coordinate and execute partnership initiatives and events that support our business objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage day-to-day partnership activities, coordinate collaborative initiatives, and deliver engaging events that strengthen our brand presence and create meaningful value for our partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day coordination of partnership activities to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-up.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with partners, sponsors and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Assist in the execution of partnership campaigns, collaborations and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare presentation slides, reports, proposals and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Conduct basic market research on industry trends, potential partners and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership contacts, agreements and project documentation.
- Support the planning and execution of seminars, networking sessions, workshops and partner engagement events.
- Work closely with the Events Manager and internal teams to coordinate company events.
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors and partners to support successful event delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the Partnerships team as required.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Partnerships Manager.
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience in partnerships, events, customer service, marketing or administration will have an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable coordinating events and occasionally supporting activities outside normal office hours when required.
