Partnerships, Communications & Fundraising Executive

Communications

1. Executive integrated communication efforts to reach out to different stakeholders.

2. Manage, review and utlise a range of communication tools (ranging from social media to traditional media platforms and all other forms of communication mediums) to connect with internal and external stakeholders.

3.Provide communication support to the office, both online and offline, written drafts and all other forms of editoral work.

4. In charge of event media communication, releases and media relation.

5. In charge of SOSG official FB, IG, Linkedin, Youtube, website and newsletter.

6. Any other duties as required.

Partnerships & Fundraising

1. Source for new grants, donors & partnerships opportunites.

2. Maintain and update the corporate partners, sponsors and donor database management system.

3. Develop and implement stakeholder engagment initiatives and partnership outreach programs.

4. Develop and maintain relationship with exisiting and new corporates & institutions partners on exploration on volunteering, sponsorship and donation in kind opportunties.

5. Assist in drafting sponsorship proposal & grant application, presentation and follow up.

6. Assist with any other SO Singapore events as required.
