Job Summary
Support fundraising, partnerships, and communications to grow donor engagement and secure funding for Free Food for All's mission to provide free meals to low-income individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant opportunities from government bodies, foundations, and corporate sources to support fundraising goals
- Prepare and submit grant applications and funding proposals to secure financial support
- Track grant timelines, reporting requirements, and deliverables to ensure compliance and timely submissions
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate partners, sponsors, and donors to expand the organisation's network
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners to strengthen ongoing support
- Support planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events to increase donor engagement
- Craft compelling content for newsletters, social media, donor updates, and the website to communicate impact
- Develop materials such as presentations, brochures, and impact reports to support fundraising and awareness efforts
- Assist with internal and external communications that align with Free Food for All's mission and voice
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong organisational skills in a fast-paced, small team environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fresh graduate in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in non-profit, social service, or communications sectors
- Genuine passion for social causes and community work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and collaboratively
