PawketPlace is looking for someone who thrives in the early stage. An energetic, creative, pet-loving Partnerships & Marketing Specialist to help us grow Singapore's most exciting pet parent community. If you live on Canva/CapCut, love talking to people, enjoy building relationships, and want to shape a new brand from the ground up you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

Partnerships & Community Growth

  • Identify, outreach, and secure collaborations with pet-friendly brands, cafs, trainers, groomers, behaviourists, shelters, pet events, and lifestyle partners.
  • Build and manage ongoing partner relationships; negotiate deals, perks, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Engage pet owners online and offlineTelegram communities, IG, TikTok, pop-ups, workshops, and events.
  • Represent PawketPlace at pet events, meetups, and media opportunities alongside the Founder.

Own Community & Content

  • Ideate and create engaging content (video, reels, UGC-style clips, founder stories, community content).
  • Keep content fresh, fun, relatable, and aligned with Gen Z & Millennial pet parents.
  • Engage our community, understand their struggles, and co-create content with them.

Run Events & Brand Activations

  • Co-organise workshops, pop-ups, and community events with the Founder.
  • Show up with energy talking to people, filming content, bringing the PawketPlace vibe.
  • Build grassroots brand love, one pet parent at a time.
  • Track performance of campaigns and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Support Founder in Zero-to-One Execution

  • Think fast, move fast, adjust fast
  • Take initiative and independently manage small projects end-to-end.
  • Keep a pulse on trends in pet care, lifestyle, and creator communities.
  • Be the doer who helps turn vision into action.
  • Come with ideas, challenge assumptions, and push boundaries.

Who You Are (The Real Requirements)

  • 23 years in marketing, partnerships, community, or social content.
  • Loves building from zero messy beginnings excite you.
  • Never-say-die attitude rejection doesn't break you; it motivates you.
  • Energetic & sociable you enjoy talking to people and making real connections.
  • Creative eye for content and design; comfortable being behind and in front of the camera.
  • Skilled in Canva, CapCut, and basic social media analytics.
  • Independent, proactive, and resourceful you don't wait to be told, you volunteer.
  • Loves pets (or is a pet parent!) and cares deeply about helping pet owners do better.
  • Hungry to grow with a startup and become a core member of the early team.
  • Organised, dependable, and willing to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
