Job Description

Role Purpose

The Partnerships & Client Relations Executive serves as the central liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams. This role ensures a smooth client journey from first enquiry through service delivery, while strengthening partner relationships and maintaining operational clarity.

This position focuses on coordination, relationship-building, and execution. The goal is to build trust, create structured follow-through, and ensure every client and partner interaction reflects professionalism and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Sales Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new enquiries (corporate services, accounting, and financing solutions)

  • Understand client needs and assess urgency or complexity

  • Arrange and coordinate consultation meetings

  • Prepare structured briefs prior to discussions

  • Conduct timely follow-ups to progress opportunities

2. Proposals, Onboarding & Case Coordination

  • Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and supporting documentation using internal templates

  • Manage onboarding processes and ensure complete document collection

  • Track client cases from initiation to completion

  • Provide clients with clear updates and expected timelines

3. Financing & Application Coordination

  • Coordinate collection of financial documents for financing applications

  • Support submission and processing of loan or financing applications (training provided)

  • Liaise with financial institutions and partners on application progress

  • Communicate status updates and required actions clearly to clients

4. Partner & Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key communication bridge between clients, service teams, and external partners

  • Escalate technical or operational matters appropriately

  • Monitor renewal dates, compliance deadlines, and follow-up actions

  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments

5. Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, active cases, and closed deals

  • Track business pipeline movement and renewal schedules

  • Provide concise weekly progress reports to Management
