About the Role

This role is responsible for serving as a strategic partner to intermediary distribution teams by driving the seamless execution of sales initiatives, campaign rollouts, targeted projects and operational enhancements. This role acts as a critical bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners, with a focus on accelerating business growth and elevating the intermediary experience.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Enablement

• Partner with distribution leadership to shape and implement strategic initiatives that support sales growth and channel effectiveness.

• Participate in high-impact projects that require engagement both vertically (senior leadership) and horizontally (internal teams and external partners).

• Harness AI and digital innovation as strategic enablers to reimagine distribution strategy and enhance channel productivity.

• Translate business objectives into actionable plans and frameworks.

Campaign & Initiative Execution

• Lead the rollout of sales campaigns and fulfilment strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, overall proposition and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness for business uplift.

Operational Excellence

• Streamline business operations and processes to elevate efficiency and scalability across distribution channels.

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks through cross-functional collaboration.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between distribution teams, actuarial, product, marketing, compliance and technology.

• Facilitate clear communication and alignment across functions to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Transformation & Innovation

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation in distribution strategy, tools, and processes.

• Support automation and digitization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual dependencies.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or Strategy preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or distribution roles within insurance or financial services.

• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business impact.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

• Familiarity with intermediary distribution models and regulatory environments.
