Partnership Sales Coordinator

Race promoter Singapore GP Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Coordinator, Partnership Sales for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2026.

You are required to provide administrative and operational support for the team, including order processing, collection of payments, systems-related matters and fulfilment of tickets.

You will also assist in coordination of onsite ticket collection during race week.

After the race, you will be responsible for reconciliation of accounts.

Key Requirements:

• Minimally a diploma or degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with people across all levels and cultures, and proficient in both English and Mandarin.
