Our Client is currently looking for a Partnership Executive.
Our Client is a non-profit organization, sponsored under the Ministry of Social and Family Development.
Responsibility:
- Create, build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, supporters (corporate, churches, communities, individuals) to bring in resources to ensure the continuity of the Home's quality services to its clients
- Grow volunteer and donor pool by sourcing out and building relationships with new prospective volunteers and donors
- Maintain the Home's volunteer and donor database, attend to inquiries from volunteers and donors, and keep close communications/ engagements with them
- Maintain oversight of any donations to the Home and manage donors in giving them the support and appreciation due to them
- Develop the Home's fundraising strategies (short-term and mid-term), annual action plans and fundraising targets
- Establish fundraising policies for the Home
- Execute fundraising action plans / events, mobilise all stakeholders (staff, volunteers, residents, churches and community) and available resources Prepare fundraising reports and conduct post-event evaluations
- Oversee all donations received by the Home, and ensure that donations are on track to meet fundraising targets
- Oversee the deployment of volunteers in the Home in their various roles and functions
- Develop volunteers in the areas of volunteer satisfaction, volunteer training, and volunteer matching
- Promote and champion the Home's vision, mission, values, work and ministry among churches, community and the society at large
- Create a strong brand for the Home through various platforms, e.g., publications, website, social media platforms
- Oversee issuance of publications, media release, use of GP logo, boilerplate, templates and materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in design software eg. Canva
- Excellent communication skills
