Role Overview
We are seeking a Partner to join Skavana, leading our management consulting practice for SMEs in Indonesia. This role is about building businesses alongside founders and management teams - diagnosing challenges, designing solutions, and helping implement them.
The Partner will play a central role in shaping Skavana's consulting platform, developing methodologies, and delivering impact for SMEs across sectors such as F&B, lifestyle, wellness, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements with SME clients, from diagnosis to execution.
- Work closely with founders and management teams to tackle challenges in strategy, organization, operations, and growth.
- Develop frameworks and playbooks for SME consulting that can be scaled across engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs.
- Contribute to Skavana's internal knowledge base and help grow the consulting team by mentoring junior consultants.
Requirements
- Strong experience in entrepreneurship/management consulting, corporate strategy, or SME advisory.
- Proven track record working with SMEs or high-growth businesses in Indonesia.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to move from analysis to execution.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, especially with entrepreneurs and owner-operators.
- Demonstrated builder's mindset - resourceful, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused.
- Fluency in English required Bahasa Indonesia proficiency strongly preferred.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate.
