- Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job Scope:
- Manage a portfolio of merchants and partners, ensuring smooth account servicing, relationship management, and issue resolution.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of merchants to maintain and strengthen partnerships.
- Track merchant performance, monitor compliance, and maintain partner pipelines.
- Coordinate time-sensitive campaigns and engagement initiatives, ensuring deadlines and operational goals are met.
- Serve as a liaison between external partners and internal teams to resolve operational matters efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in partner or merchant management, account servicing, or stakeholder coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships effectively.
