We are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager, who is passionate about developing an ecosystem of partners in the cloud industry. In this role, you will own and develop the partner marketing strategy, driving pipeline and growth revenue for Southeast Asia (SEA).
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving pipeline generation through Partners, to meet or exceed revenue goals for Singapore. You will develop and drive joint marketing programs with partners to generate awareness, quality pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle and help to build customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with the Snowflake SEA leadership team to plan and execute.
In addition, you are expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly-organized, execution oriented, self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn and to explore.
As Partner Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and work directly with our APJ partner marketing teams to own programs and executive GTM strategies with partners, including CSP partners, local/global SIs, and technology partners across SEA
- Work closely with our Partner Alliance organization alongside our partners to co-develop a GTM strategy to drive pipeline activation and identify content/positioning to help accelerate the sales cycle
- Drive thought leadership, demand generation, and mindshare programs in coordination with partners marketing teams to target joint customers and prospects
- Drive pipeline creation and acceleration activities alongside partners, including email, digital, and online/in-person events
- Create innovative new programs to maximize the impact of the Data Cloud ecosystem
- Collaborate with the alliances organization on Snowflake's strategic sponsorships and go-to-market execution plan at partner events
- Own & drive executions, logistics, and vendor management
- Evaluate all campaigns impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investment
- Collaborate with the PR team on partner-driven PR activities across SEA.
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of experience in a role focused on building and leading partner marketing teams, building solutions and executing campaigns for SaaS, consumption based and cloud environments
- Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong understanding of product marketing, brand marketing, and demand gen marketing functions
- Hands-on execution ability with effective project and time management
- Project management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance and details driven
- Solid understanding and experience in the data analytics, solution building and big data marketspace - ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Snowflake's key data science partners and cloud partners
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, cloud applications, data science, analytics platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Dataiku, Salesforce)
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
- Fluent in English
