Our client, a leading Tech MNC, is looking for Partner Engagement Executives (Area Managers) to drive economic empowerment for local businesses by providing the tools, technology, and support they need to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage face-to-face engagement with customers within your assigned area
- Conduct regular on-site visits to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Understand customers needs and provide guidance on improving operational performance
- Support customers in adopting platform tools, including marketing and performance insights features
- Resolve operational issues efficiently, coordinating with internal support, product, and operations teams when necessary
- Track key performance indicators such as customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
- Ensure timely follow-up on issues to improve customer experience and reduce recurring problems
Requirements
- Some experience in account management, business development, field sales, or similar roles
- Experience in F&B, e-commerce, or platform-based businesses is an advantage
