We are looking for a Partner Development Executive for our expanding market in Singapore. This is a B2B Channel Sales Role in the ERP (Software) industry. Those with B2B and software sales experience are welcome.

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and expand partnership networks.
- Identify and onboard potential partners to support business growth and market expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive joint business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, delivery) to support partner activities.
- Prepare partnership proposals, agreements, presentations, and business reviews.
- Track partner performance and provide regular reporting and analysis.
- Organize and support partner events, trainings, and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company partnership frameworks and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in partnership, business development, or channel management (Fresh graduates with strong potential are also considered).
- Understanding of SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software solutions is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must for internal discussions and coordination.
