Part-Time WSH Officer (Warehouse-Based)

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Part-Time Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer to independently support and advise on safety practices within warehouse operations, ensuring compliance and promoting a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits within warehouse operations to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide expert advisory support to warehouse teams to enhance workplace safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with warehouse management to develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to operational needs
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in safety standards
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health regulations and best practices relevant to warehouse environments
- Manage safety documentation and ensure timely submission of reports to relevant authorities as required
- Work autonomously during scheduled visits to effectively oversee safety compliance and respond to emerging safety concerns
- Conduct monthly committee inspection and meeting
Required competencies and certifications
- Valid registration as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Singapore at the time of engagement
- Experience in warehouse safety operations preferred
- Able to work independently and provide advisory support
Work Schedule
- 4 days per week
- 4 hours per visit
- Total of 16 hours per week
Visiting Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Fixed schedule for monthly committee meeting.
Contract Period
- Initial contract duration: 1 month
- Renewable monthly subject to performance and client requirements
- Commencement date: Early March 2026
